The Cloud Challenge is a 22 mile scenic route in North Staffordshire via Marshes Hill, Knypersley Reservoir, Congleton Edge, the Cloud and Rudyard Reservoir, using parts of the Gritstone Trail and Staffordshire Way.
Entrants have 10 hours to complete the circuit on foot visiting five checkpoints (four of which have refreshments). Each finisher will receive a hot meal and a certificate.
The start and finish will be at Horton Village Hall near Leek (GR 934 575)
Please try to car share where possible. Parking is limited.
The start time is 8.30am for walkers, and 9.30am for runners, registration will be open from 7.30am.
Entrants should carry: route description (supplied), map (Explorer 268 Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Congleton is recommended), waterproofs, compass, whistle and MUG.
All proceeds for St. Bartholemew's Church Restoration fund.
